Rates & Fee Schedule

Counseling Rates

  • Private Pay Rate: $100 (We offer Sliding Scale Rates)

  • Psychiatric Diagnostic Intake – $175

  • Psychotherapy Session (53 minutes) – $150

  • Crisis Intervention (per 30 min) – $30

  • Consultation – $50

  • Group Therapy – $25–$50

  • Family Therapy – $200 (Self-Pay if requested outside of treatment plan)

  • Couples Counseling (Private Pay Only) – $150

ADHD Evaluation (96127: Brief emotional and/or behavioral assessment, such as ADHD, measures, scoring, and documentation)

  • Pathways to Success Counseling is committed to providing thorough and accurate evaluations. Our ADHD assessment process typically requires five to six sessions in order to complete a full evaluation, provide scoring and interpretation of assessment tools, gather history, and prepare a diagnostic summary with recommendations.

    Because this service is not covered by Medicaid, it is offered on a self-pay basis at $50 per session. The total cost will vary depending on the number of sessions necessary, but most clients can expect a range of $250–$300 in total for the full ADHD evaluation process.

  • No Show & Late Cancellation Fee – $30

  • Returned Checks / Insufficient Funds – $40

  • Court Related Services

  • Court Related Fees (per hour) – $150
    (May include preparation, meetings with lawyers, additional sessions for counseling, and appearances in court)

  • Court-Ordered Psychotherapy for Family sessions (Self Pay, 53 min session) – $100

  • Some services have a separate fee packet; please contact the office for the packet.

Insurance & Sliding Scale

  • We accept major insurances, including Medical Mutual, Aetna

  • We accept Medicaid

    • Sliding Scale Rates: $50–$75
