All clients: You will receive an email from Therapy notes or Therapy portal and that portal will have the paperwork our team needs to get you set up. Then you can either call for a specific appointment or you can choose a date and time from the calendar your clinician provides on your portal.

In-person: You will receive a text reminder. You will arrive at our 2866 Whipple location and check in at the reception desk. They will notify your clinician and receive your co-pay if you have one. They will also check to make sure your forms are up to date. From there, your clinician will come to greet you and your appointment will begin with a review of your paperwork.

Tele-health: You will receive a reminder text. From there, you will receive instructions on how to access our telehealth link. Before your first appointment, our receptionist will call you about your insurance, copayment and have you sign a form to give permission to run your credit card on file. After that, each appointment you will log on to your telehealth appointment link and your card will be processed after your appointment ends.
